For students who are new to Iyengar Yoga. We ask all new students to do at least one term of beginners.
All classes run for 90 minutes. Monday 5pm classes run for 75 minutes.
Students are to bring their own mats and blocks and blankets or shoulder stand pads, belt.
If you would like to attend more than 1 class per week, please make your preference via the “Frequency” menu, then select the class you plan to attend most throughout the term via the “Class” menu.
During checkout, please list any additional classes you plan to attend in the “Notes” box.
