Students in this class will have some experience in Iyengar Yoga and are expected to have a basic knowledge of foundational asanas along with Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulderstand). In these classes you will deepen your understanding of the asanas and learn how to practice Salamba Sirsasana (headstand).
All classes run for 90 minutes.
Students are to bring their own mats and blocks and blankets or shoulder stand pads, belt.
If you would like to attend more than 1 class per week, please make your preference via the “Frequency” menu, then select the class you plan to attend most throughout the term via the “Class” menu.
